About

Welcome to kaomoji.by, a website born in August 2026 from pure love for Japanese culture. The project was created by TooBoo, an enthusiast who grew up on Mario games and later fell in love with everything connected to Japan, from anime to traditional aesthetics. Kaomoji.by brings together two ideas: a playful constructor that lets anyone build their own kaomoji from scratch by combining eyes, mouths and decorative symbols, and a blog where readers can explore the history, meaning and culture behind these charming text faces. Whether you want to express joy, surprise or a shrug in a single line of characters, kaomoji.by gives you the tools and the knowledge to do it. The site keeps growing every month, guided by TooBoo's genuine passion for Japan and a desire to share that passion with the whole internet.
